Rules of use
Tinab is a trust network for judging an object authentic or fabricated. It is not a host for any file. By using the app, you accept this.
Age
The app is for adults. An account is not a place for minors, or for images of minors.
Forbidden
- Sexual exploitation of minors, or anything that looks like it.
- Other illegal content (incitement, extreme violence for a crime).
- Spam, impersonation, harassment.
An “authentic” vote does not make a file legal. The seal is not a permit.
Report
In the app, on a claim: Report. Reasons: minors, illegal, NSFW, spam, other. The report control stays separate from the vote.
For minors and illegal, the public file is removed at once. The SHA-256 hash and the signed ballots stay. A human reviews the queue.
A conservative filter runs before the file is written (nsfwjs). The app has a stricter local filter. Title and text are scanned too. A bare SHA-256 is not opened. False positives are accepted. An age estimator (faces, cut at 21) refuses a photo if it believes it sees a minor. If it cannot run, the photo is refused. This is not legal proof. Reporting stays mandatory. Limits: title 200 characters, text 32,000, file 16 MB.
Blocks
The relay can block a node: no more deposits. Votes already published are not erased.
