Scenario 2 — three institutions of the first circle (Le Sceau, the Forensic image lab, Nord) vote authentic, which makes a 3-of-4 quorum. The Archives chamber, Malik, and Noura vote fabricated. They cannot vote the other way afterwards, but a v-blocking set (nodes whose acceptance stops the other side, paper §5.3, figure 9) had already accepted “authentic”: they accept despite that fabricated vote. Result: confirmed authentic.
v-blocking means a set of nodes that stops the other side from concluding (paper §5.3). It is not a video filter.
